Banished and isolated!
Withdraw into solitude and exile!
Inimical pariah, an aberrant dissenter,
Non-aligned antithesis to any joint endeavour,
I swim against the tide
Adverse, inverse, obverse!
The cursed incur the worst,
Of pain, of loss, of what's hated most,
And suffer a boot to the face for life!
Even if we're not all abandoned, it feels the same!
Let loose with wealth and devices we're all silent, complacent,
And we know the reason why:
Only hope left to die!
If you wanna make something happen,
You'd better go and Do It Yourself,
And if you can't be relied on then you'll suffer like everyone else!
If you walked with the wronged and the common,
You'll fail again and again!
Estranged from all that is human,
Struggle alone by yourself!
Life has equipped me with all the tools that I need,
To raise these walls around me,
Antagonist apostate, a schismatic opponent;
Hostile to sibling rivals!

Pretty much the best Black/Speed Metal I've listened to since I learned about Evil Invaders and Vulture. Everything you'd love to be reminded of about this musical era is there. The influences are what you'd expect too: Motörhead, Venom, Bathory, early Slayer, Celtic Frost; aggressive vocals, tortured guitar solos, pounding drums; everything is fast, clear and still a little grimy, but without reverb cranked up to the max. Amazing band, amazing album. Odiumediae
